The waterproof panel quality makes Tuffcore panels ​a durable interlocking plastic​ ​cladding for walls and ceilings, particularly in damp or wet areas.
With a strong resistance to color change, fading, mold, and mildew, our panels are ideal for car wash wall and ceiling coverings. They are primarily used for new and retrofit wall and ceiling applications including car washes, livestock barns, commercial applications, and residential applications. 

Overall thickness of a panel doesn’t necessarily determine the strength of the panel. The more you stretch the interior wall the more impact strength is reduced. Our panels have well designed corrugations to complement the 3/8" thickness creating a surface with better impact resistance than some 1/2" thick competitors.

If you have weight or tension on the panel (such as insulation) it creates pressure on the panel. The further between fastened seams the more likely the panel is to bow or sag over time. Our 16" panels are the ideal maximum width to withstand these pressures and when installed correctly TUFFCORE will not bow or sag.
